Meet your masterclass host
Hi, I’m Eric Zimmer. I am a behavior coach, certified interfaith spiritual director, author, and host of The One You Feed Podcast.
I’m endlessly inspired by the quest for a greater understanding of how our minds work and how to intentionally create the lives we want to live.
At 24, I was homeless, addicted to heroin, and facing lengthy jail sentences. In the years since, I not only found a way to overcome these obstacles to create a life worth living, but I now also help others to do the same.
I have worked as a behavior coach for the past 20 years, coaching thousands of people worldwide on how to make significant life changes and create habits that serve them well in achieving the goals they’ve set for themselves.
It's time to take "consistency is key" from an idea you have—to a principle you live by
If you've heard it once, you've heard it a hundred times: your life is shaped by the actions you take consistently.
And consistency is critical to reaching your goals by creating habits that stick… no matter if you're working towards better health, relationships, or spiritual growth.
So how, then, do you create the habit of consistency?
Join me to learn the components of consistency that I've used to change my own life and those of thousands of others. YOU can achieve any goal you set for yourself regardless of what life throws your way.
You can’t afford to miss this masterclass if…
You set lofty goals and then often find yourself giving 'too much' attention to things other than your intentions
The pace of life feels too fast, and you struggle to 'slow down' and 'make time' to cultivate the consistency that would lead you to your goals
You know your attitude towards habits and consistency isn’t serving you well, but you don’t know how to make a meaningful shift
