A 6-week introduction to Mindfulness with Ginny Gay
WHEN
WHERE
Classes will be recorded too.
We CAN choose presence so we don’t miss the moments of our lives.
We CAN choose kindness and to act wisely so that we - and those around us - suffer less.
We CAN cultivate an unwavering ground of well-being that is our foundation and our home - no matter the storms that life brings.
Why is this SO important?
Mindfulness and meditation enable us to bring the power of awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and actions. You can choose how you respond to our inner and outer life. I'll show you how.

What You'll Learn
Registration is closed. If you have questions, contact ginny@oneyoufeed.net.
"Mindfulness brings awareness to what you are doing, and with that clarity comes the possibility of choice. The good news is that we all have the innate ability to be aware.
It is the nature of our mind. However most people’s minds are untrained, so the way many of us use our attention is less than optimal. With mindfulness meditation, you can learn to intercept unhelpful, unwanted habits and cultivate positive ones.
As you learn to do that in the laboratory of meditation, you can translate that skill to the rest of your life."
Mark Coleman
Like many of the wonderful people I work with, I climbed the corporate ladder thinking it was the only true measure of success.
But instead, I achieved burnout, depression, anxiety, and addiction.
Thanks to a series of twists and turns, I’ve spent the past 8 years studying and practicing mindfulness and meditation, specifically in the realm of Buddhist Psychology.
Now, I help people find the freedom that comes from realizing we are not our thoughts, but instead, we are the thinker of our thoughts. As a result, we can choose to think and perceive things differently and experience life in radically different ways.

Cultivating Kindness
"Thanks to the program, I feel like there is a place that I can go for a moment (or more) of quiet. I’ve also been feeling more at peace with myself"
Jen W., The Well Trained Mind student
"I loved this program and would highly recommend Ginny as a teacher. It’s a wonderful intro to mindfulness and also a great back-to-basics for those who have studied or practiced some and want a refresher. I think even more experienced practitioners would benefit from the review of the principles and connection with others that the course supports."
